Transaction details initiated by You:

When you initiate a monetary transaction in relation to your Frolic Account, i.e. Deposit of Currencies or Withdrawal of Winnings, we receive and store details pertaining to such transaction, including the payment method used, the amount added to the Frolic Wallet, and the date and time of the transaction.

Interaction information:

When you interact with the Frolic customer support telephonically, such telephonic interactions may be recorded and stored for quality monitoring and training purposes.

Technical Information about You:

Where you use our referral program, we use

Frolic has a policy of not sharing any personally identifiable information with anyone other than entities specifically authorized by Frolic. However, Frolic may use your name, Username and the state from where you are participating, when announcing the results of any contests run on the Platform. Such contests are further governed by the Terms which shall be available on the Platform as and when such a contest is run on the Platform.

Frolic may also use cumulative non-personal information for auditing and analysis purposes with the aim of improving its services.

We may, from time to time, be required to disclose the information collected from you, to our trusted third party service providers, who assist us in order to facilitate the provision on the Platform. For instance, we may share your information with third party payment gateway provider to process transactions on the Platform.
